TinkerTTF Personal and Commercial Font License

WLO Digital LLC d/b/a Tinker Trends · TinkerTTF · www.tinkerttf.com
Version 2.1 · Effective October 25, 2026

This license explains how a purchaser may use a TinkerTTF font and what may not be redistributed. The licensor is WLO Digital LLC, doing business as Tinker Trends (the “Company”). “You” means the purchasing individual or organization.

Included revisions are available before your first font download. After downloading, creating a changed font starts a new project and requires another project credit or a $5.99 purchase. Downloading the unchanged purchased font again is free. Original and revised fonts have separate font identities and files.

1 Scope and source of the font

This license applies only to generated font files expressly identified as licensed under the TinkerTTF Personal and Commercial Font License. “Font Files” includes the supplied TTF, related glyph outlines, font source files, and modified or converted versions, including OTF and WOFF versions.

Open-license exception. Fonts derived from Nunito, Lora, Space Grotesk, or another third-party foundation remain subject to their identified source license. In particular, the SIL Open Font License governs OFL derivatives instead of any conflicting restriction here. Original copyright and license notices must be preserved. A service charge does not replace those permissions.

2 Your usage license

After payment of the applicable purchase price, the Company grants you a perpetual, worldwide, nonexclusive license to install and use the purchased Font Files for your own personal and commercial work, subject to these terms and any rights of third parties. One purchase covers one purchasing individual or legal entity; its personnel may use the font solely for that purchaser’s work. It is not a license for unrelated organizations to use the Font Files independently.

You may create and sell printed products, books, packaging, signs, apparel, craft projects, logos, images, video, and other finished designs made using the font. Clients may use the finished designs you provide. The Company does not claim ownership of your finished compositions merely because they use the font.

3 Digital embedding

You may embed the font in finished PDFs, ebooks, websites, applications, presentations, and other digital media when reasonably necessary to display that work. You may distribute or sell those finished works, including to clients. Use subsetting or reasonable access controls where supported. Ordinary browser delivery of a webfont solely to display an authorized website is permitted.

Embedding must not offer the Font Files as a standalone download, a reusable font library, or a font-generation service. A template or editing product must not let its recipients extract or reuse the font independently as a supplied design asset. If a recipient needs a separate installable font or independent authoring rights, that recipient must obtain a separate license.

4 Font file redistribution is prohibited

Except for the embedding permission above, you may not sell, sublicense, share, give away, upload for public download, or redistribute the Font Files. This includes font bundles, marketplaces, file-sharing services, and modified or converted versions. You may not sell a standalone reusable alphabet or glyph-outline collection that substitutes for the Font Files. Selling finished lettering designs and physical products remains permitted.

You may make reasonable backup copies and modify the font for your authorized uses. Modification, conversion, renaming, or removing metadata does not authorize redistribution. Preserve applicable source and license notices.

5 Ownership and Company resale rights

This is a usage license, not an exclusive purchase or transfer of ownership. The Company reserves rights it actually owns or controls in the Font Files. The separate Terms of Use explain any rights you grant to the Company to distribute and resell eligible fonts generated with the service. This license does not itself transfer ownership of your pre-existing artwork to the Company.

The Company may license the same eligible font to other customers. Similar lettering may also be generated independently. No promise of exclusive letterforms, copyright eligibility, trademark clearance, or uniqueness is made.

6 Price and delivery

The single-project price is US $5.99; Basic Membership is US $8.99/month and Creator Membership is US $14.99/month, with project and revision allowances described in the Terms and at checkout. Any applicable total is disclosed before authorization. The purchased font, included file formats, generation allowance, and delivery method must be identified at checkout. This license does not authorize unannounced recurring charges. Keep a copy of your files and receipt; permanent cloud storage or retrieval is not promised unless expressly included with your purchase.

7 Defects and mandatory rights

Contact hello@wlodigital.com about a missing or defective file. The Company will attempt to provide a working replacement or, if it cannot provide the purchased deliverable, refund the affected purchase. Duplicate charges will be corrected. Other refund terms must be displayed before purchase. Nothing here removes any nonwaivable consumer right.

8 Compliance and termination

Do not use the font to infringe another person’s copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights. Material breach of the redistribution restrictions may result in termination after notice and a reasonable opportunity to remedy where appropriate. On valid termination, stop using and distributing the Font Files and remove copies under your control, except copies retained as required by law. Remedies and mandatory legal rights remain subject to applicable law.

9 Warranty and applicable terms

To the extent permitted by law, Font Files are provided as available, without a guarantee of compatibility with every application, complete language coverage, or suitability for a particular purpose. Review the character set and test your target applications. The limitations, contact details, and dispute provisions in the accepted Terms of Use apply, subject to mandatory law. This license does not limit rights granted by a controlling open-source license.
